Bishop Tuttle Day!

Happy Bishop Tuttle Day! In honor of the first Bishop of Utah and in conjunction with Utah Pioneer Day, many parishes in the Diocese are celebrating the 24th of July as Bishop Tuttle Day. The Episcopal Church has been in Utah for over 140 years and was one of the true pioneers in the area. It established the first public schools in the state as well as St. Mark’s Hospital which was open to all.
